Oil Nut Bay is property developer located on the British Virgin Island of Virgin Gorda, which has some of the beautiful land and oceans on the planet. Their goal was to sell custom home lots quickly in order to maximize profits and lower the immense carrying costs. And they needed an aspirational image that was commensurate with some of the most premium land on earth.

We put potential buyers in the driver’s seat by building out the entire island in 3D and letting them interact with it. Being able to jump around the island, choose lots to navigate, check out the sweeping views, and get information on pricing and availability was key to this tool’s success.
