The Challenge
This large-scale, mixed-use development was not getting the traction it needed and had more than 235,000 square feet of empty office space available. It needed a new name, new face and new brand to help connect potential buyers and lessors.
PROCESS
Strategy & Approach
Previously branded as “City North” we felt a fresh name allowed it to be spoke of in a new light—and Highstreet was born. Our strategy involved targeting specific office brokers and businesses who would appreciate the high-profile users and demographic. Film and photography capturing a day in the life helped tell this story within the custom website we designed and implemented.
RESULTS
Final Experience
All square footage was leased within six months of launching the site. Phase III broke ground in 2019.
